The origin in developing these illustrations, for "Halloween Songs for Guitar (Volumes 1 & 2)" was upon the request of another artist and (insatiably-talented) musician. The attached Photo Grid is one of such miracles, with careful direction and keen monitorship, over such-streamlined tactics that were coincided in its development. Now about those 80-plus Thumbnail Sketches ...
I wasn't kidding. We had a lot of ideas, moving forward. The final product is born, here, for it's a means of physicalizing the image we want to invoke/display/share. These scenes are very particular in their elements, and it can come in many different shapes, and we choose our favorite two sketches. This is followed up with a composite sketch, for the digital renderings you see Above.
